220 acre offgrid property surrounded by ridges and natural bush with excellent amenities.
The 220 acres fully off grid property is set in its own valley over 1km long, the boundaries being at the ridges forming a horse shoe, making the valley a relaxing place in the bush with all the comfort of a home. Plenty of spaces to set up your campsite, there are 4 different clearings and 6 additional campsites overlooking the valley.
The Shared facilities include flush toilet, hot showers, disabled amenities and an outdoor kitchen with : bbq plancha, gas burners, pizza oven, fridges.
Perfect for families who wants to show the bush to their kids with all the comfort they require.
Plenty of wildlife: kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, cockatoos, lyrebirds...... and take in the incredible sights: waterfall, cliffs, caves, view of Mount Yengo from the top of the property. Go on the art walk to see paintings about the story of the property.
Activities here include bushwalking, sightseeing, star gazing (telescope avail), encountering fauna and flora, as well as sports like volleyball, badminton and a soccer court. We also have several chickens/ducks so your kids can enjoy the proper farm experience. (Other farm animals coming)

from putty road turn on putty valley road (sharp turn), 500m later turn on the first left (box gap road) 4km later you will arrive at an intersection, turn right on burnt armed road (cross a concrete bridge). Another crossing where you go left onto roswill drive (some buildings around and also machinery for road work). 200m later tar road stops, open the gate. Drive 4km on unsealed road (all WD, even buses), there will be a horse farm on your left, the property is directly next to it, with a wooden fence. there are white signs with written wanderlust retreat to give directions on the last 10km.
