Level and grassy rest area on the banks of Liverpool Creek.

This is a free campground suitable for tents and small vans / camper trailers.

There are flushing toilets and picnic tables as well as direct access to the creek. The area was damaged by cyclone Yasi, so the facilities have been replaced and cleaned up.

The camping area is very open and flat with plenty of grass, but not much shade. It would make a god spot for a quick over-nighter on your way through to one of the more impressive campgrounds in this area.
