This stone hut, perched on the edge of the Namoi River is in no way a camping spot, but worth considering for the nature lover.
There is a large balcony overlooking the National Park and the river / rapids below. Fishing is permitted in this park (check restrictions and licence requirements first) so great for a fly fishing weekend.
In flood, the water through this section is pretty dangerous, and known as a white water kayaking destination. When it is quieter, there are some excellent swimming holes.
