A small forested flat beside the Big River, well off the Big River Rd and surrounded by steep forested slopes.
Well shaded by Peppermint and scattered Mountain Ash with an understory of Tea-tree, wattle and scrub.

The gem in this state forest is the heritage classified Big River, however with many kilometers of forest roads, it is a great spot for car/4wd based exploring.
This campsite is accessable with regular 2wd vehicles.
From Mere Junction: North down the Eildon-Warburton Rd (gravel) 5.9k to a Y road junction. Right (east) 8.5k on the Big River Rd (100m past Miners Flat Track), left (north) 0.5k down the Dairy Flat Track (steep, narrow, winding) to its end.
