King River Camp

A diverse camping facility in the magnificent King Valley offering bush camping with power available in some areas.

Set in a beautiful bushland setting with direct access to the King River and its tributries.

There is a fully equipped camp kitchen and fires are allowed with restrictions. Rooms and cottage available for those friends that don't like real camping.

Grassy campsites.

All weather access. Great nearby attractions( Lake William Hovell, Paradise Falls, Power Lookout, Heaps of wineries, King River).

Very limited mobile phone service (OK just up the road) No TV signal, great to get away from it all.

Late checkouts OK, general store 10 kms. Very friendly onsite managers.

Getting there

From Wangaratta or Mansfield head to Whitfield travel on 3 or 4 Km to Cheshunt turn rightjust after the General store travel 9 kms toward Lake William Hovell over the second river bridge on the left.
