The largest wetland system in South Australia
Bool Lagoon and Hacks Lagon comprise a large seasonal wetland system that is a mecca for bird watchers and nature lovers.
The lake can completely dry out in drought, however after rain, teams with bird life, frogs, lizards and snakes.
There are boardwalks to allow better viewing of the wetland as well as a good bird hide. There is also a lookout on "Big Hill" which offers good views of most of the wetlands.
