A pleasant riverside camp looking across the wide and deep lower Glenelg River to limestone cliffs.

Bush setting, well grassed with regular shade from Brown Stringybark Gums. Parking bays are level and relatively large. All sites adjacent. Bird life prolific. Spring brings wildflowers and orchids. Kangaroos and emus are common in the surrounding forest.

Access

This site is accessable by caravans in good weather.

Getting there

Situated on the southern bank of the lower Glenelg River, east of Nelson, north west of Portland.

Access from Nelson: North 1.2k on North Nelson Rd, right (east) 1k on Huebners Rd , right (east) 13k on Glenelg Drive (limestone), left (north) 0.3k to the river.
