State Forest picnic ground and camping area.

2wd access, suitable for picnicking, camping, nature walks

Has wood BBQ, tables, bench seats, picnic shelter, pit toilets

Used by car and motorbike clubs

There are waterbirds, kangaroos and emus and wildflowers

Dam often dry

Thanks to Smokeydk for the following updates and photos.

This place has a new single drop toilet...2 new shelters and tables and many fire-pits.....there is NO WATER BYO...all newish since bushfire destroyed most things 12 months ago.

Can confirm the trial bikes invade place weekends

From Casterton, west 3.3km on Glenelg Hwy, continue on west Casterton-Penola Rd 14.2km, right (north) Long Lead Track (gravel) 0.45km, left 200m access track
