Basic campsite with built fireplaces, 1 composting toilet and 1 table.
Spots are unmarked and sheltered from neighbours by bush. Quiet, secluded and a great place to disappear off the radar for a few days.
There is a small swimming hole tucked behind the camping zone. The water is clean by discoloured by the tea trees. Locals say it is safe to drink but treat before consuming to be safe. Nearby sites include Basket Swamp Falls, Woollool Woolloolni Aboriginal Place & Timbarra Trig.
Very few visitors during winter with night temperatures dropping just below zero degrees. Summer popularity unknown.
Accessible by 2WD during good conditions and campervans. Some local trails require 4WD for explorations. Plenty of bike tracks.
