A great spot to stop for a shower and barbecue lunch about an hour south of Townsville.
This is not really a campground, but 48 hour stays are permitted at the back of the building. Might be handy if you just need an overnight stop on your way through to a great bush camping area...

Take 8th or 6th street off the Bruce Highway in Home Hill, turn into Railway avenue and there is parking at the back of the comfort stop.
