There is easy access for caravans and plenty of open grassy areas for tents.
Plenty of shade, easy launching of canoes and good fishing. There is about 1km of water to explore (without having to portage) so suits a gentle / easy kayaking spot.
Concrete picnic tables, garbage bins, long drop toilets.
