Limited number of sites on the banks of Chinchilla Weir.
There is a limited sites some with power, pay for the power at the information centre in town.
There seems to be a few sites along the fence.
You can swim here, although when we were here the river//Dam was very low.
Make sure you bring plenty of good water, the water we were able to get in town was very cloudy, no signs to say 'don't drink' but you can boil your water to make sure.
Suitable for all vehicles caravans, camper trailers and tents, has good boat ramp, toilets, bbqs, some covered seating and a nice swimming area. A bit of a hidden gem.
Limited sites, and it is very popular so get in early.
