5 acres of peaceful bushland separated campsites. Temprorarily Closed due to Covid-19
Abounding in birds and wildlife at the rear of a 17 acres property.
It as a nature based bush camp for self contained rigs so you must have your own Toilet and Shower facilities.
Buxton is on the Southern boundary of the Bundaberg Regional Shire. The camp is 3kms to Buxton General Store and Boat ramp with great fishing and easy access to the Burrum, Isis and Gregory Rivers & for the more experienced, direct access to the Wide Bay and Fraser Island.
The historic town of Childers is a 20 minute drive and has everything you need. Make sure you visit the restored Paragon Theatre & Espresso Bar that was built in 1927 and the Backpackers memorial. There are also 2 Supermarkets, Cafes, Pubs, Chemist, Doctors & more. A further 5 mins brings you to Appletree Creek, the home of "Mollydooker's Cafe & Bar" with Canadian inspired Australian cuisine.
