Level, open Red Gum forest with short grass by Goulburn Rv, which has steep banks in this area limiting river access.
Shelter & BBQ at Scout Camp - all other facilities locked. Plenty of space even if Scouts camping.

From Kialla West: South 1k on the Goulburn Valley Hwy [A39], right (west) 0.4 on Moira Drive, over grid, 1.3k on Jolly Tk (partially gravelled) through open Red Gum forest to Scout Camp and river. A number of formed tracks.
