Green Beach is a relatively narrow sandy beach (with a safe backwater behind a sand island).
Backed by an extended, attractive, green grassed, level bank well shaded by rows of immature River Red Gums. Two benches.
Very pleasant bush camping by the Murray River surrounded by dense flood plain forest. Prolific bird life (kookaburras, sand pipers), kangaroos and some cattle grazing.
Horse riding permitted, no facilities. The most pleasant riverside camp in the Tocumwal area.
