Lake Dyer Caravan Park

Well established campground run by council on the edge of Lake Dyer

Paroo river

Riverside, bush camping on the Paroo River, just off the road.

Wallum Creek (Yumba)

A very pleasant spot to stay overnight or longer. The free camping ground is situated to the north of town off the Ballone Highway, on the banks of Wallum Creek.

Westmar


Yarramolong Weir

Great little free campground with a small boat ramp on the banks of the river near the Yarramolong Weir.

Heifer Creek

On the edge of Heifer Creek, this is a large grassy campground suitable for vans or a tent.

Rocky Water Hole

Basic bush camping near a rocky waterhole on Moonie Creek.

Bowenville Reserve

This is a large shady campground on the banks of Oakey Creek, suitable for caravans, and right on the creek for fishing, swimming and kayaking.

Murphys Creek Escape

A privately run campground with a range of camping options.

Peel Island - Horseshoe Bay

Magic spot (boat only of course) on Peel Island, now Teerk Roo Ra National Park.

Lake Broadwater

Great spot South of Dalby on the edge of a naturally occurring freshwater lake.

Tully Park

Recently gazetted by the Logan Council as a rest area for RVs, self contained vehicles only.

Nulla Station

Self sufficient outback camping on private station, with limited numbers accepted to ensure privacy.

Hugh Muntz Park

This is a Council approved overnight site for self contained vehicles only.

Ipswick Showgrounds

Camping suitable for caravans at the Showgrounds in town.

Amalua Farm

18 Large powered sites on private farm, suitable for caravans, tents, campervans, camper trailers and car based camping.

Swan Gully Park

Camping on 900 acre property with 4wd trails, hiking trails, toilets and hot showers. Pets welcome.
