Cheap, community managed campground in large level grassy area.
The campground was an initiative of the Lions Club and they have done a great ob of providing a clean, tidy campiste at minimal cost.
There are flushing toilets, hot showers, and sheltered picnic tables.
This campground is not going to be on everyones bucket list, but is quite pleasant for a night or two.
There are 14 powered sites and heaps of room for unpowered camping.
There have been reports of the place being unkept, but when we were there it was in great condition.
Warning: Aggressive magpie targets most of camping area late September.

Self serve booth at campsite.
No bookings required. An honesty box is on site. Do the right thing and make sure you pay the fees as these types of volunteer campgrounds need the funds to stay open.
