Unfortunately it appears this no longer is a campground.

A secluded bush camp on private property, situated on a dairy farm just below the Otway Range ridge line.

Four semi- dispersed clearings, well sheltered by mature Blackwoods. Well grassed, generally level facing Blackwood and wet sclerophyll forest in the headwaters of the Carlisle River.

Gravel access track across paddocks being developed. Firewood and drinking water supplied.

Walking tracks through the blackwood forest. Glow worms in nearby closed railway cuttings.

Getting there

Situated at Ferguson, south of Colac, between Lavers Hill and Beech Forest.

Access from Colac: South 37k on the Colac-Lavers Hill Rd, farm gate on the right just before the junction with the Beech Forest Rd
