Barkalafarmstay is home of Pilliga Pottery.
Pilliga Pottery was created Maria Rickert and her Family after they purchased the 8000 acre Barkala Farm 30 years ago.
We offer Farmstay accommodations and camping.
If you have your own caravan, tent or something else, you are most welcome to come stay at Barkala Farm. Eat at the Blue Wren Cafe and wander the pottery shop and studio.
Pilliga Pottery makes unique earthenware items from local clays. Artist Julie engraves beautiful designs taken from nature and mythology onto the hand thrown items that Johannes creates.
You can drop in and see them at work 7 days a week.
