Takarakka Bush Resort Camping Area - Commercial campground on the edge of the national park. Pretty expensive, but easy option when exploring the park. more...
Stunning National Park between Roma and Emerald.
The main feature of this park is the deep and sheer sanstone gorges that wind through the park.
There are remnant areas of rainforest in the bottom of the gorges and there are many kms of bushwalking you can do through the bottom of the gorges. The most popular is the one from the day use / picnic area which winds its way along and (quite often) over the river.
