Park Management Comments
Orbost Caravan Park offers plenty of grassy and shady Powered and Unpowered sites for caravanners and campers. There are also Cabins and On-site Vans. Our facilities include BBQ's, Picnic areas, Playgrounds, Spotless amenities and laundry.
Orbost is a delightful town located 372km east of Melbourne. A large well maintained park is located opposite our park. The park is spacious and has lots of beautiful native trees. Orbost is the hub for exploring Snowy River Country and is blessed with a mild climate. One of the richest river flats in the country sustains agriculture, dairying and beef farming.
Just 500 metres from the park, the town supplies all the basic needs for your stay: supermarket, banks, Post Office as well as varied food outlets including two hotels and the Orbost Club.
Spend some time at Orbost and visit the Slab Hut, Information Centre and Forest Park. Walk or ride along the Snowy River on the bike/walking track towards Marlo. Walk the Waterwatch trail or visit the Museum, Galleries and cafe strip.
