One of the most popular places to visit in Litchfield National Park, and the most easily accessible.
Wangi Falls are often visited as a stop over / lunch break on the way through, but it is a great spot to spend the night.
There is an easy (less than 2km) walk to the top of Wangi Falls, allow about an hour to complete. There are a couple of steep sections, but nothing too difficult.
There are good quality amenities, with hot showers and both caravan and tent sites. There is also a kiosk.
Wangi Falls is open all year round, although they close the falls to swimming when the water level is too high (wet season).
There is a great grassed picnic area, with sheltered picnic tables,
