Large open camgpround, set amongst eucalypt and pine forest, right near the creek.
Some of the sites here are suitable for camper trailers the others are more suited to tent based camping.
There are flushing toilets, and push button barbecues, as well as picnic tables in the day use area. The campsites are mostly level and grassy, with plenty of shade from the mature trees.
There is a short (1km) walk along Stony creek which is fairly easy grade and suitable for kids (spervised of course). There is a nice little swimming hole at Freeman's Crossing.
