Unfortunately it seems that camping is no longer permitted here (see comment at bottom of page).

Very pretty little campground alongside the (fairly small) Yornaning Dam

There are picnic tables, long drop toilets, wood fired barbecues and plenty of shade. The picnic area also has some play equipment for the urchins.

There is not a lot of grass for tent based camping, however the sites are large and easily accessible for caravans / motor-homes.

Great spot for wildlife / bird watching and having a splash to cool off. It is a very small dam so may get a bit murky at times. If you sit quietly by the water for long enough, you can usually spot some turtles too.
