Important: Upper Yarra Reservoir Park will be closed from June 2019 to May 2021
Melbourne Water is upgrading the Upper Yarra Reservoir dam wall. The works area will encompass Upper Yarra Dam Road, Upper Yarra Reservoir Campground, day use areas, walking tracks and the reservoir embankment.
Minor works will commence in March 2019 through to June 2019. You will notice some traffic and noise during this time and some intermittent temporary closures may occur prior to the full closure of the reservoir park in June 2019 (after the Queen’s Birthday long weekend). The park will remain closed to the public until mid-2021.
Upon completion of works public access to the park and it’s amenities will be reinstated. Some improvements will be made to the existing facilities during the closure in order to enhance the level of amenity provided in the park.
For more information on these works or to register your interest in the campground facilities upgrade please visit www.melbournewater.com.au or contact Melbourne Water on 1800 560 622 or email uydupgrade@melbournewater.com.au
