Travelling home from South West Rocks.

Campsites in this Trip plan

Mungo Brush

This is one of the largest and most popular campgrounds in Myall Lakes National Park, and with good reason. You are right on the lake and within a short walk of the beach.

Diamond Head

One of the largest and busiest campgrounds in Crowdy Bay National Park (with good reason).

Kylies Beach

Just behind the sand dunes and with sites suitable for caravans, tents and camper trailers.

Yagon

Yagon campground is only a short walk to the beach offering swimming, fishing, paddling, and surfing near Seal Rocks in Myall Lakes National Park.

The Basin

The only campground in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, this is a magic spot with a sandy beach.

Dees Corner

Close the the lake and a walking track to the beach.

Banksia Green

This campsite is one of my favorites on the coast side of Myall Lakes National park. It offers an open grassy camping area and it is only about 100m from the beach where the fishing is awesome.

Hungry Gate

Open, grassy campground behind the sand dunes, just south of Hat Head.

The Ruins

Very large and well established beach side camping, suitable for caravans.
