Details on 2 caravan parks within 100km of WALPOLE, WA

Coalmine Beach Holiday Park

Last Updated Oct 2015

On the banks of the Nornalup Inlet with plenty of natural bush throughout the park. Cabins, tent and caravan sites (powered and unpowered) are available.

The park is within Walpole-Nornalup National Park and right on the sheltered inlet beach, so makes a perfect location for nature lovers, fishermen or kayakers. There is a boat ramp close by.

Bibblumun trail leads right through the front of the park, so there is unlimited walking opportunities along the coasts.

Unlike most caravan parks, this one is set amongst the bush, and almost has a "bush camping" feel, with mature native trees and shrubs separating most campsites. Some you would almost call "private".

Campfires are permitted (seasonal, check with park management). There is good mobile phone coverage (Telstra, Optus and Vodaphone) as well as good TV coverage.
