As a walk in only campsite (approximately 100 metres) this campsite is promising for those wanting a more secluded camping experience.
A small flat grassed areas with views of the ocean and direct access to the beach and Minnie Waters, this campsite offers those willing to put in the effort of carrying their gear in a isolated atmosphere.

$12 for adults ($6 Children) per night.
Children under five are free and child rates apply to 5-15 years.
During NSW & QLD school holidays and long weekends a minimum camping fee of $24 per site per night applies.

To get to Illaroo campground
From the Pacific Highway, about 12 km south of South Grafton, turn east onto Eight Mile Lane. Follow the signs via Wooli Road and Minnie Waters Road (aprox another 34km). There is a small section of all weather unsealed road.
