This is a small grassy and shaded campground in the northern section of Great Otway National Park
There is a great little walk that leads to the waterfall and creek (about 3km and 3hours return). The walk itself is quite steep, and unfortunately you can't actually swim in the pool at the bottom. There is a viewing platform though and you will surely get a cliched but beautiful photo.
The campground itself is nice and level and there is plenty of nice grassy, shaded section for tent camping.
Thanks to Peter for updates...
