A small campground right near the inlet for the Parker River.
The geology and wildlife here are spectacular, as is the fishing and surfing. This is also a great spot to base for kayaking trips as the Parker River is nearby.
The campsites are small but grassy and reasonably well protected from the wind by the coastal scrub, most of the sites also offer some shade for the warmer months. This is a good site for tent based camping and exploring the coast.
This campground forms part of the great ocean walk and there is access to the beach via a short track.

Great Otway is a wonderfully diverse coastal National Park, stretching between Torquay and Princetown in Victoria.
This campsite is accessable with regular 2wd vehicles.
The access can be a little tricky after a lot of rain, so be careful if in a 2wd vehicle.
The campground is accessed from the Otway Lighthouse Road (off the Great Ocean Road). Turn south and follow the signs for approximately 10km. The last section is the roughest and can be a little slippery in wet weather.
