Aysons Reserve Campground

A nice open camp area on the banks of the Campaspe River near Rochester and Elmore in Victoria.
Not too far from Bendigo/Axedale. A great spot to get away for 1 or 2 nights through to a week away.
This is a very open area with some large mature eucalypts. The river is easily accessible from the campsite, so don't forget your canoe and fishing rod.

Elmore Aysons Now hasbollards around rivers edge. You must camp behind them across the road around edge. Still good.
Also now has a Dump point.
As of July 2015 thanks to Chez and Ray
Good Boat Ramp. Very clean. Some piles of fire wood around as well
