Very pleasant, small river flat shaded by Manna Gum, Peppermint, Blackwood & wattles over short, green grass.
Gravel access track. Surrounded by the forested foothills of the alps. Faces grass, moss and tree fern covered cliff across deep swimming hole.
Magpies, kookaburras and ducks are common. Features Noonans Hut (private). Popular.

From Mansfield [B320]: East 21k on the Mount Buller Rd [C320] through Merrijig, right (south) 18k up then down the Howqua Hills Rd (gravel) , cross the Howqua River (road now called Brocks) to Sheepyard Flat, left, a further 1.6k, down short, signed, steep, gravel track on the left.
