Camp next to the Frankland River on this private farm
Nested amongst trees with a flat area for your set up. This is bush camping is for self-sufficient campers - you must BYO everything you need and leave no trace.
For real campers come down and camp in Frankland River in the heart of the great southern premier wine growing region.
Camping area features.

* peaceful area
* plenty of free firewood during campfire season help yourselves to fallen branches
This area is for one group only, with unlimited number of people & vehicles.
Camp area is fenced off and has a gated entrance, Guests have access to the river.

FRANKLAND CAMPING RETREAT - GETTING THERE.
The Google Maps app calculates driving to Frankland Camping Retreat from Perth will take 3.5 to 4 hours. This does not include comfort stops or breaks. Because the area is in regional Western Australia, we strongly advise you to
check the directions before you set off. We drive down regularly and have found this to be the easiest route from Perth.

• From Perth City head south along Albany Hwy or Tonkin Hwy to Armadale.
• At the Armadale main cross-roads take Albany Hwy heading south.
• Passing through North Bannister, Bannister, Crossman and Williams, Arthur River & Kojonup
• Please take care when you drive through Williams and Kojonup town centres, as the speed limit is 50 Kms.
• Drive through Kojonup town centre, then turn right into Blackwood Road at the large signpost to Frankland, Boyup Brook and Donnybrook. There is a petrol station on the right-hand corner and an Elders on the left-hand side. Frankland River Retreat is 65Kms from Kojonup.
• If you are using a GPS, ensure that you turn off the Albany Hwy at Blackwood Road Kojonup and travel along the Kojonup-Frankland Road
• Travel 7 kms, turn left as signposted to Frankland onto the Frankland-Kojonup Road
• Travel 58Km, the entrance is on the left 550metres after Riversdale road.
• Entrance to Camping area GATE 1 is between the homestead driveway & Frankland Bridge.
• If you approach Frankland River Bridge you have gone too far. Turn back 250 metres,
