Basic camping area on private property suitable for caravans or tent based camping
This campground is on private property and no services are provided other than a fresh water tap. There is access to the river for fishing (redclaw mainly) and a couple of very friendly owners.
Access us suitable for caravans and there is plenty of open, level grassy areas, some with shade and some with sun if you need to charge the batteries with solar.
Fires are permitted (outside fire ban times).

No bookings can be made for this campground, it is usually fairly quiet and there is plenty of room.
No toilets available at this campsite
It is not known if pets are allowed at this campsite
There is usually drinking water available at this campsite. Please take care, it may still be advisable to boil water before drinking.
There are no built fireplaces in this camp ground, however it may be permisable to have a camp fire under certain conditions. Please check local fire restrictions and rules before lighting fires.

This site is accessable by caravans in good weather.
On Selma Road, about 17km west from Emerald.
From Emerald, take the Capricorn highway west for about 1.5km and then turn left onto Selma Road. Follow this for another 15km. Access to the property is signed "higher Ground"
