A main road-edge car park with a 100m walk across a snow plain to the open Snow Gum woodland camp ground - suitable for walk-in car camping and walkers only.

No vehicle access to sites.

JB Plain named after stockman Jim Brown credited with discovery of the Bogong High Plains in 1851. JB hut located nearby (south)

The Alpine Rd is the highest all-year road in Australia, one of Victoria's best scenic roads.
