A small grassed clearing in lush, green forest near a clear mountain stream (Keppel Creek).

Being an old hillside sawmill site the ground is broken - there are only a couple of level sites.

Rated 3.8/5

Well shaded by wattles and surrounded by lush, wet sclerophyll forest - white trunked Manna Gum and Mountain Ash.

A 4-wheel track at the back of the site leads 200m to a very secluded, small level camp site by an attractive dam and the bubbling Keppel Creek.

Cerberus Rd climbs steeply through wet sclerophyll forest to Sugarloaf Saddle and the Cathedral Range State Park.
