Riverside semi-dispersed sites in a narrow forested valley.
Reasonable shade from blue leafed Red Box, Peppermint and Mountain Gum with an understory of saplings and wattles over grassed red gravel.
Camp slopes down to the river but most sites are level. Horse Yards - only formal horse camp on Wellington.

12th Wellington Rv camp. Wrens, tree creepers, crows, wallabies and flies are common.
