Pleasant dispersed riverside clearings surrounded by bush, shaded by Peppermint, Manna Gum, Blackwood and wattle.
Level grassed (cattle mown) sites linked by good gravel access circuit. Secluded from road by bush and terrain. Facing forested cliffs over river. On horse trail.

From Mansfield [B320]: East 21k on the Mount Buller Rd [C320] through Merrijig, right (south) 18k up then down the Howqua Hills Rd (gravel), right (opposite Doughty\'s Tk) 200m on gravel access track (another, signed access track 50m further on, 100m before Howqua River bridge)
