A road-end turning circle right by the Big River. Well off the Big River Rd, but exposed to any visitors.
Good shade (except at noon) from surrounding Mountain Ash and Blackwood with a dense understory of wattle, tree-fern and sedge.
The scrub constrains off-road bush camping. A good wet-weather camp, being well drained and graveled. Do not block fire truck access to the river.
