Has a drop toilet and designated concrete fire places common in National and State parks.
It has 1 large fixed picnic table.

Spring wildflowers including grevillea and 31 varieties of orchids.
Kookaburras, currawong, rosella, wrens, kangaroos, wallaby and frogs are common with koala present.
Remains of gold mining, including shafts, water races and sluiced areas.

Access from Ballarat: South 29k on the Ballarat-Colac Rd [C146] past Enfield, right (west) 3.4k on Misery Creek Rd (gravel), signed on the right just before the bridge.
Alternatively 4k east on the Berringa-Misery Creek Rd (gravel) off the Newtown-Berringa Rd.
