A privately run campground and 4WD playground, but also suitable for 2WD and caravan camping.
The camping area is a large and grassy and there are good quality ameneties as well as a covered picnic area. The owners can also cater for meals for groups (even a pig on a spit if there are more than 40 of you). There are also some powered sites available.
Janowen Hills is probably best known for its 4WDing through, with opposite lock running regular competitions on its tracks. There are trails from easy to insane, check out the video below to get an idea of the trouble you could get yourself into.

Bookings and payment can be made at the owners shop, which is about 4km past the camping area.
