Lumley Hill is on a small penninsular on Wivenhoe Dam, suitable for caravans, camper trailers and tents, with powered or unpowered sites.
Some of the sites are suitable for big rigs and there are a couple of concrete sites. Some of the sites are smaller and more suited to camper trailers. Make sure you let them know what you will be bringing when you book.
Hot water showers in a well maintained amenities block. Disabled facilities including shower and toilet.
Campfires must be in an enclosed drum, brazier or similar (which campers must supply) and must only be placed at designated fire pit locations.
Firewood and ice sales available at nearby Captain Logan campground.
This site is more popular than Captain Logan for caravans (they have powered sites and concrete slabs here).
