Korsmans Landing Campground

My favourite campground in Myall Lakes National Park for a family trip. There is direct access to shallow (brackish water) for swimming, a boat ramp (gravel) and a small jetty.
The campsites are well spaced with plenty of level grass, clean toilets and active wildlife. What more could you want?
I spent almost a full week here with the wife and kids after only planning to be two days. When we ran out of supplies, we just jumped in the boat and motored into Bulahdelah for lunch and shopping. You can tie up in Bulahdelah at the pub if you are a customer (good excuse) and duck across the road to IGA.
We noticed the local prawn fishermen use the boat ramp quite regularly, it is quite interesting to watch them fly around the lake at night in pitch blackness. They must know the lake like the back of their hands.

Location information for Korsmans Landing
This campsite is in Myall Lakes National Park
Protecting one of the states largest coastal lake systems, this is a boaters paradise.
This site is accessable by caravans in good weather.
The road out to here is mostly gravel, but good quality. It would be fine for small vans in good weather.
The campsite is about 13km from Buladelah on the Bombah Point Road (becomes Lake Road). There is a left hand turn to the campground about 12km out of Buladelah.
