About Big River State Forest (Upper)

The gem in this state forest is the heritage classified Big River, however with many kilometers of forest roads, it is a great spot for car/4wd based exploring.

The area is very popular for kayaking/canoeing and fishing as well as camping and bush walking and being an old gold mining area, there are still a few who like to prospect.
